Molly’s work incorporates a number of different modalities that weave together an experience that leaves clients feeling relaxed, grounded, more present, and more “whole” than when they walked in the door. Molly is able to work with a range of needs from simply needing to relax and receive; to specific, acute or chronic pain; to anxiety and trauma related issues.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), soft tissue work is definitely her foundation. She is very adept at tuning into and addressing the areas that need relief. Modalities include: Swedish massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point release, cupping, and acupressure.
Via her training in Acutonics, she has learned to use tuning forks to apply vibration to acupoints along the meridians of the body. The tuning forks are used in nearly every session and provide a unique and deeply healing experience. She will often use singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks to create ambient sounds that are otherworldly and transporting.
Another level of work Molly offers is soul-level energy healing. As an apprentice on an Ancient Irish Shamanic path, she has honed the skills to help another along their path, though hands on energy work and journeying. This work is often integrated into a massage session, but also stands alone.
